Shipping Policy
Every glove is made after you order it, so your timeline has two parts: production, then transit.
Production
Personalisation and production take up to 7 business days. Work on your glove begins once your order is placed — nothing is picked from a shelf.
Transit
Free Tracked Shipping — no charge, 3 to 5 business days once your glove leaves the workshop. Tracking is emailed when it ships.
INSURED Priority Shipping — $8.16, same 3 to 5 business days, and covered against loss or damage in transit. If an insured parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we replace or refund it in full.
Total time from order to doorstep is typically 10 to 12 business days.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.
Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included and are the recipient's responsibility.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, write to help@thegolfgents.com with your order number and we will chase it.
Uninsured parcels confirmed as lost by the carrier are handled case by case. Insured parcels are always replaced or refunded.
