Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order — for example if the item is unavailable, the personalisation is not something we will stamp, or the payment is not authorised.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the initials you submit. They are stamped exactly as entered. We do not stamp text that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes someone else's trade mark, and we will contact you rather than stamp it.

Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where shown. Shipping is added at checkout according to the method you choose.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Where an order includes the VIP Club option, the subscription terms in our Subscription Policy apply.

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, the 60-day fit guarantee, and how personalised goods are treated are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here reduces the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country. Where these terms conflict with those rights, your statutory rights win.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Arizona, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
